After I started my blog I was thinking What should be my first recipe to be posted. We Bengalis are very fond of Mach (Fish), we cannot think our meal to be completed without " Macher Jhol" (fish curry).
And that is why I finally decided to share fulkopi chingri recipe.
First time I made this dish for a small get-together at my home and believe me my friends were relishing while having the dish. This is my Ma's recipe though I made a little chnage to this.I have added peyaj bata and tomato bata ( onoin paste and tomato paste). One thing I must tell my ma is a great cook for authentic bengali dishes, most of the recipes I will share will be my ma's recipe.
Now lets go thourgh the recipe.
